Break It Up
Spread 3 cups vanilla yogurt onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Top with your favorite cereals, nuts, fruit or chopped candy. Freeze at least two hours, until hardened. Break into pieces for a snack.
Slice a banana in half lengthwise, sprinkle with brown sugar and place in a small foil-lined baking pan. Roast in a 425 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until banana is browned and sticky. Chop and serve over yogurt with a spoonful of cherry jam, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
Using a hand mixer, whip together 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/3 cup powdered sugar and 1 tbsp orange juice for 2 minutes to create a fluffy frosting that’s delicious swirled on top of cookies and cupcakes, or as a dip for fresh fruit.
